blockroom exists for people who are curious about Bitcoin mining but don’t want the overhead, complexity, or capital requirements of running hardware on their own.

Instead of individuals operating in isolation, blockroom brings members together to collectively support shared hashpower, learn from one another, and participate in the experience as a group. By pooling participation, the group can grow hashpower over time, improving the collective chance of finding a block without requiring any single member to make a large upfront commitment or manage ongoing maintenance.

Membership is best thought of as club participation, not speculation.  Members contribute to something shared: access, transparency, community, and the opportunity to be part of something larger than any one individual.

Beyond mining, blockroom is also about education and connection. Members share knowledge, help each other understand Bitcoin more deeply, and explore practical ways to use and transact with it in everyday life. Over time, the group may also support local businesses, projects, or initiatives through transparent donations.

blockroom is built to grow deliberately.  Increasing hashpower as participation grows (never reducing it) with clear rules, visible activity, and no promises beyond what can be verified on-chain.
